The company

We work flexibly, independently and quickly. Our strong equity base enables us to act promptly and securely. Since our founding in 2006, we have successfully completed numerous real estate development projects in Austria and neighbouring countries. The company has established itself as an expert for large-scale logistics and city logistics projects.

Our DNA

Our activities are strongly characterised by our "entrepreneurial approach" - we always think and act from the client's point of view. In doing so, we always have a clear focus: we offer our clients the best possible support from the planning phase to the handover, in order to jointly lay the ideal foundation for their operational business. In addition, we attach great importance to the ongoing implementation of sustainability aspects.

Big Box: Log Center

We develop modern large-scale logistics properties, mainly for international clients at logistic "hotspots" in Austria, Slovakia and Slovenia. These projects are implemented in several construction stages and are designed as "multi-tenant" halls. The start of construction is preceded by a detailed site analysis, in which optimal multimodal connections, administrative implementability, availability of labour force, subsidy possibilities through the public sector, etc. are intensively evaluated.

Light Industrial/ Business Park

Modern business parks are an important feature of City Logistics. We build these in designated industrial zones with highly favourable transport connections. An excellent connection to public transport is also a prerequisite. The essence of this type of property is a flexible arrangement of high-quality storage and production areas combined with modern office spaces. Each storage unit has at least one adaptable ramp and a gate at ground level. We pay the utmost attention to the sustainability of the overall project, so that the campus-like appearance is even better developed for the benefit of the employees.

City Logistics

Faster and more flexible delivery concepts require proximity to the end consumer so that our customers can guarantee ever shorter delivery times. We are therefore constantly working on the optimal implementation of inner-city logistics solutions. In doing so, we develop urban storage and distribution centres to help our customers optimally distribute their goods in major cities.
